BOOKING POLICY
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount will then be deducted from the total amount due at the time of your appointment. Please note that we cannot hold an appointment & your booking will not be confirmed until the booking fee has been paid.
CANCELLATIONS
Whilst we understand that you may have a valid reason to need to cancel/reschedule last minute, please understand that we also have business costs to cover. Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. All booking fees are non-refundable, however if you are needing to reschedule we are able to transfer this over if 24 hours notice has been given. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in 50% of the scheduled service cost being deducted from your supplied payment method.
RUNNING LATE/NO SHOW
We provide a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. Arriving late may mean we need to shorten the length of the appointment to ensure we don’t inconvenience the next client or we may need to completely reschedule your appointment. Any late arrivals that exceed the 10 minute grace period will forfeit their appointment and be charged according to our No Show Policy. If you do not show to your appointment 100% of the schedule cost will be deducted from your supplied payment method.
